Course aims

These courses are designed to provide delegates with the knowledge essential to understanding the dangers and responsibilities of working on or near a running line.

Safety is a critical element in the rail industry. Increasingly, it is important to be able to demonstrate evidence of staff competency in accordance with national standards.

We can provide a wide range of trackside safety training courses, aligned with current Network Rail Group Standards. Our experienced instructors are National Competency Control Agency (NCCA) registered and approved by Network Rail to deliver a variety of industry courses.

These courses include classroom tuition supported by various practical exercises in live situations. Delegates are assessed with written and practical tests during each course.

In order to comply with Network Rail requirements, delegates must undergo a full medical examination by an approved medical practitioner prior to joining the course.
