Course aims

This course will equip delegates with the skills and knowledge to carry out work to the standards required by the specification for the reinstatement of openings in roads.

This one-day course covers the basic principles involved in underground locating including an overview of the types of problems delegates regularly encounter and how to solve them.

The objective is to enlighten delegates on the increasingly complex functions involved in this important activity. A knowledgeable and experienced operator can save time and money, and above all avoid injury to individuals or damage to property.

The course can be undertaken at one of our dedicated training centres nationwide and we can tailor content to individual needs. The emphasis is on practical training with delegates completing numerous location exercises under the guidance of the trainer.
