The National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health is an
Internationally recognised course intended to help ensure that decisions are made
from a position of knowledge across a broad range of hazards and work activities.

COURSE
AIM:
To enable managers and supervisors to discharge more effectively their health and
safety responsibilities to the organisation and to those they manage.
Course
Agenda:
The NEBOSH syllabus has been recently revised, and includes sixteen units
taught over a ten-day course. This is followed by a revision day, and Nationallyrun
examinations.

Physical and psychological health hazards and control/ Construction activities
– hazards and control
^ Incident investigation, recording and reporting
^ Monitoring, review and audit
